Research 101
Public Research Group provides a full range of analytical research methods that stand out for every market segment. Every research assignment starts with the desire to learn. In addition to an appropriate sample, a critical element in the research process is writing the question set. Each of our research projects we undertake addresses the following questions.
- Do the survey methods match the desired sample size, timeline and cost?
- Is every question appropriate and easily understood?
- Does the survey accurately measure everything you need to measure, and nothing you don’t?
Public Research Group ensures that these questions are taken care of with our continued commitment to research advancement and the often overlooked art of survey design and question development. This requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to listen to the client to develop the question set with the highest quality and relevancy of each survey question prior to implementation.
Our dedication to an effective question set eliminates many of the pitfalls that can weaken survey data, such as unclear or redundant questions, or lengthy surveys that may have a negative impact on the response rate. This is just one example of how the Public Research Group pledges to clients a process that delivers more value for the money and quality research data that does not leave the client asking more questions at the end than at the beginning.
Innovative Research Solutions
We employ the following techniques on many of our assignments that provide a significant strategic advantage that really makes a difference. Our primary approach for survey development and follow up polling is cutting edge. We perform a common Mail Survey, Telephone Survey and E-mail Survey to gather independent data sets through a random sample, and then blend the data together through a technique developed by us named Data Layering. This technique will generate a clear picture of the survey outcomes by removing the inherit biases associated with each survey type. This allows for a higher degree of confidence than relying on one survey type. The application of geographic information systems (GIS) to assist in the sample development allows for an extremely accurate mapping ability to track sample returns and boost response rates. The recent development of our unique cellular phone and e-mail address sample databases allows for the use of current technology to target new demographics not easily sampled in the past. This allows for a higher degree of confidence than relying on one survey type. The benefit by using our technique is the findings paint a clearer picture of the issues yielding better decision making.
These are just a few our desire to merge innovation into creativity to advance market research. Let us design a custom tailored research approach to provide you innovative solutions that goes beyond basic statistically analysis.
